How we handle your information

This website is operated by Bright EduVentures Private Limited (“Bright”, “we”), which runs Bright Educational Consultant. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, whether you are a student or parent, your preferred contact method and phone number or email address, your course interest and stage, city or state, support preference and any message. Franchise and partnership enquiries may also include your organisation, occupation and location. We also record the date and time, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link. We do not ask for rank, marksheets or identity documents through this website.

For security, we keep a one-way hashed (unreadable) version of your network address for a short time to block spam and repeated submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and connect you with the right Bright team.
• To provide the counselling or business discussion you asked for.
• To send occasional admission updates, only if you ticked the optional box. You can opt out at any time.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored on our web server, outside the public website, and is visible only to authorised Bright staff through a password-protected dashboard. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example our hosting provider), or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to provide guidance for the relevant admission cycle and for reasonable follow-up, and then delete them, unless you become a registered student, in which case your service records are kept as part of that service.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to admin@brightedu.org.in or calling any of our offices. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

PraveshMitra and booking

The PraveshMitra app and our online session booking site have their own sign-in and privacy terms, shown in those services.
